These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form an agreement between you and Oracle ("Oracle", "we", "us") governing your use of the Oracle mobile application (the "App"). By downloading or using the App you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

No guarantees. Oracle produces analytical opinions and probabilistic estimates for informational and entertainment purposes only. Outputs are not guarantees of any outcome and are not betting, investment, financial, or professional advice. Sporting events are inherently uncertain. Any decision you make is your sole responsibility.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to use the App. The App concerns sports betting markets and is intended for adults only.

2. The service

The App displays football fixtures and generates AI-assisted match analyses, including a confidence score, a suggested market, a predicted scoreline, fair-odds estimates and written reasoning. Data is sourced from third-party providers and may be incomplete, delayed or inaccurate.

3. Responsible gambling

If you choose to gamble, do so responsibly and only with money you can afford to lose. Betting carries financial risk and can be addictive. Seek help if gambling stops being fun — for example via BeGambleAware or a service in your country.

4. Subscriptions (Oracle Pro)

Oracle offers an auto-renewing subscription, Oracle Pro, with a monthly plan priced at US$19.99/month and a discounted yearly plan. Prices may vary by region and are shown in the App before purchase.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
The subscription automatically renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the period.
You can manage or cancel your subscription in your device's App Store account settings after purchase. Deleting the App does not cancel the subscription.
Any unused portion of a free trial (if offered) is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
Use of the App is also governed by Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA).

5. Refunds

Purchases are processed by Apple and subject to Apple's refund policies. We do not directly process payments or refunds.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the App, attempt to reverse engineer it, disrupt its operation, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

7. Intellectual property

The App, its content and branding are owned by Oracle or its licensors and are protected by applicable laws. Third-party data and trademarks remain the property of their owners.

8. Disclaimer & limitation of liability

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Oracle is not liable for any losses (including gambling losses), damages, or missed outcomes arising from your use of, or reliance on, the App or its analyses.

9. Changes

We may update the App or these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms. Material changes are reflected by the "Last updated" date above.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at our place of operation, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Nothing here limits mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have.
