Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Oracle ("Oracle", "we", "us") handles information when you use the Oracle mobile application (the "App"). We have designed Oracle to collect as little personal information as possible.

The short version: Oracle has no user accounts and we do not ask you for your name, email or location. We do not sell your data. The main data flows are advertising (for free users) and subscription status (for Pro users), both handled by Google and Apple respectively.

1. Information we do not collect

We do not require you to create an account. We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, precise location, contacts, photos, or health data.

2. Information processed when you use the App

Advertising data (free tier): Ads are served by Google AdMob. AdMob may collect a device advertising identifier, IP address, and app-usage signals to deliver and measure ads, as described in Google's policies. On iOS, ad tracking is governed by Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt — if you decline, advertising identifiers are not used for tracking.
Subscription status (Pro tier): In-app purchases are processed by Apple. We receive only your entitlement status (active / not active). We never receive or store your card or payment details.
On-device storage: Your Pro entitlement is cached locally on your device for a smooth launch experience. This stays on your device.
Technical/diagnostic data: Standard network requests to fetch match data may include your IP address as an inherent part of how the internet works.

3. Third-party services

Oracle relies on the following processors, each governed by its own privacy policy:

Google AdMob — advertising (free tier). policies.google.com/privacy
Apple — in-app subscriptions and app distribution. apple.com/legal/privacy
Sports data & AI analysis providers — match facts (odds, fixtures, form) and the AI engine that produces the written analysis. These services process match data, not your personal information.

4. How we use information

To operate the App, show match analyses, serve ads to free users, deliver and restore Pro subscriptions, and keep the service secure and working. We do not use your information to build advertising profiles ourselves.

5. Data sharing & sale

We do not sell your personal information. Information is shared only with the processors above to provide their respective functions.

6. Data retention

Because we do not maintain user accounts, we hold no personal profile to retain. On-device data is removed when you delete the App. Third parties retain data per their own policies.

7. Your rights

Depending on your region (e.g. GDPR in the EU/UK, CCPA in California) you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal data and to opt out of certain processing. You can reset or limit ad tracking in your device settings, and you can contact us at the address below with any request.

8. Children

Oracle relates to sports betting markets and is intended for adults aged 18 and over. It is not directed to children and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

9. Security

We use industry-standard measures (including encrypted HTTPS connections) to protect data in transit. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above.
