Frequently asked questions
How do Oracle's predictions work?
Oracle gathers bookmaker odds, recent form and head-to-head data for a fixture and feeds it to an AI analyst engine. It treats the betting market as a baseline, then adjusts using form and context to produce a confidence-rated read, a suggested market, a predicted scoreline and written reasoning. Predictions are analytical opinions, not guarantees.
What's the difference between free and Oracle Pro?
Free users see the confidence score and a one-line teaser, and the app shows ads. Oracle Pro unlocks the full verdict — recommended pick, suggested market, predicted score, fair odds, stake guidance, key factors and the complete analysis — and removes ads.
How do I subscribe?
Tap the Pro option in the app to choose a monthly (US$19.99) or discounted yearly plan. Payment is handled securely by Apple and charged to your Apple ID.
How do I restore a previous purchase?
On the paywall screen, tap "Restore purchases". Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID you used to subscribe.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Open the iOS Settings app → tap your name → Subscriptions → select Oracle → Cancel. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
What data does Oracle collect?
Oracle has no accounts and does not collect your personal details. The main flows are ads (free tier, via Google AdMob) and subscription status (via Apple). See our Privacy Policy for the full picture.
A match has no analysis or the data looks thin — why?
Some fixtures have limited public data (odds, form or head-to-head may be unavailable). When the inputs are too sparse for a confident read, Oracle will say so — just pull to refresh to try again later as more data becomes available.
